Possession of Overseas Block

The possessions of the plots would be granted within the first quarter of 2020. Investors should check the payment plans and pay installments accordingly to avoid delays in acquiring possession of their plots.

Executive Block

Just like a dedicated block for overseas Pakistanis, there is an executive block as well. There was a ceremonial launch of this society on 2 May 2019. If you already have a plot and want to change to the executive block then you can apply for it. The last date submission for the submission of the application was 24 May 2019. The price of this block is approximately 30% higher than the price of the General block. Those who wish to change their plot after this deadline will have to pay more.

General Block
