Star Enclave Price Plan

Star Enclave Payment Plan offers installment plan that is based on monthly and quarterly instilments. As a whole, the payment is payable only in 3months. Booking of the plot starts from 10% Down Payment. The 10% of total amount need to be paid as confirmation and allocation amount after booking of plot.

  • Take out the print of Application form
  • Fill in the required details diligently
  • Attach the copy of CNIC Applicant, CNIC of Nominee and Photo of applicant.
  • You can pay the amount via Pay Order/ Draft or Online transaction in favor of “Green Land Developers”.
  • Submit all of these documents along with pay order in our office to complete the booking procedure.
